Extend your persona with emotions – customer desire map

  • Many people define their personas but forget the emotional description of their target group. The customer desire map helps understanding what the feelings and thoughts of your ideal customers look like and what to tell or do in order to get them to conversion. It’s about customer empathy!

What makes your customers happy / what do they really want?

Pains and fears:

What are they afraid of? Why do they wake up at night?

Barriers and uncertainties:

What holds them back from buying your product, clicking an ad, opening your e-mails…

Fill in the template attached to really understand your customers from the inside and use it every time you communicate to your target group in order to tell them what they need to hear and not what you want to tell them!
