Give Prospects a task or something to interact with during the sales process (like a questionnaire or a canvas) so they feel like they already invested time and effort into the topic. This makes it harder for them to decline the offer in the end because that effort would be wasted

Example: Wedding planner giving a checklist / questionnaire to his prospects found that prospects who completed the questionnaire are very likely to convert in the end
