Time-boxing is a must-have to structure workshops and meetings and ensure outcome (or at least an output). It helps everyone to focus on results. Set a timer visible for everyone e.g. 10 minutes to collect ideas. Time timer are available but you may also use a digital version.
Learning: If you want to visualise a time-box during a video call I recommend to set a real time timer clock at your workplace, visible in your video. The digital version is helpful for onsite meetinggs to be used on phone / tablet / laptop facing the group.
