Trello team boards tend to enlarge very quickly and after a while, it gets very confusing. In my experience, this is because they are not only used to visualize the team processes but also to organize everybody’s work and fulfill individual needs. This is why I use my own Trello Kanban board to break down goals into concrete tasks and track my progress.
Learning:
- Labels help to identify into which topics you invest a lot of time (e.g. IT infrastructure – of that’s the case you should tackle this impediment)
- Setting due dates can help to prioritize your work
- I like limiting my work in progress (start finishing!!)
