Your buying a product for instance online. After two days you’re receiving your package, opening it and what so you see first? The printed out, ugly, boring, invoice.
Companies do everything to convince you to buy, after you have bought it. You starts to be just a customer number, just an id in the CRM system.
Think about it. What are the first touchpints of somebody who buys or orders your product? What could you do better to give him or her the impression, that they have took the right decision. What can we do, so that your customers can start using, consuming or whatever it easier or faster….
